Hard sourdough pretzels after a very long hiatus are delicious. And salty.
Olives are delicious. And salty.
Chex mix is delicious. And satly.
Smoked gouda is delicious. And salty.

Puff Mama? My ring actually came off my finger today, which surprised me. But then again it was approximately 47 degrees Fahrenheit in the office I was sitting in today, so that may have something to do with it. Didn't have the courage to step on the scale though ... and it's been an all-veg day today!
