Am I Wearing You Out?

I kind of feel like I'm wearing out my welcome. Like you might be sort of tired of this little ditty.

And it's OK if you feel that way. I get tired of myself sometimes.

I was hoping to hear from you regarding the "Yay Me! You?" post. I wanted to hear that you had one good eating day or that you tried a new exercise or that you had taken a little break, but were two days back on track.

Or something.

Because some of you I see every once in a while and I can tell you're doing good things. (Gary Allan Fan had a really cute new shirt on today and she actually glows from the inside, for instance. You can tell she's proud of what she's doing.)

I want to be helpful to you. Tell me if you want more recipes. Or more short posts. Or if every other day is enough. Or if anyone wants to guest post, I'd love that, too. Just let me know.

I'm all ears. With a little extra skin in between. LOL!

Keep posting. I enjoy reading this and sometimes check a couple times a night for a new entry. My favorite entries are the deep thinking ones.. like the eating disorder one. I'm an analyzer and can usually relate.

Please keep posting! Although I don't always comment, I read daily. You continue to inspire me! I look forward to your daily posts! I like the posts with the personal touches about what you're thinking. Very often, the same thoughts have entered my mind. I need that 'push' every day...been a rough month weight-wise for me! I NEED to lose that last 15 and know you will help me! :)

I am glad I am not the only one who checks throughout the day for more posts :)
I have told you that you cannot stop blogging,
Here's the thing I know you and you are doing it and openly sharing the experience with all of us and it gives me hope and the thought that I can do it if I make the decision that I am worth it every day.
I have a journey ahead and I need your blogging encouragement!

Zig Zigler said "I read for the "ah-ha's," the information that makes a light bulb go off in my mind. I want to put information in my mind that is going to be the most beneficial to me, my family and my fellow man, financially, morally, spiritually, and emotionally."

Your blog does that for me. Recipes, exercise encouragement, and amazing insights into the little insecurities of being overweight or resisting food... and it's funny too. Don't stop. However in return, I think we docile readers need to step up to the plate and respond more often and return some of that encouragement that you give to us. Go Girl....its Good, really good!!

I agree! Please keep posting! I think you are very inspiring and even though I "technically know" what I should be doing, I somehow am more often on the wrong track than on the right track. Your posts help me to remind myself to stay on track!!!

Now I've done it. I think I accidentally looked like I was begging for attention. LOL. And that wasn't my intent! I was looking for YOU to share your stories with me so I could brag on you!!!!!! We're a team, kids! We're all in this together. That being said, I thank you KINDLY for your very nice words. (And remember, this blog at its heart is a public confessional for me ... to keep me honest. I need it more than you do and I'm lucky you join me for the ride.)

So ... tell me one good thing you did this week?

I'm signing up for a 10k training program AND a 10k race even though the whole thing scares me to death!

Hey WW Lifer -

I have to say I am impressed and I felt the same way when I signed up for a 16 week training boot camp three days a week at 5:00am. It is amazing what we can do when we "join" and allow others to encourage and support us (and in my case a bit of competition comes into play). Keep us updated on how the 10k training goes! Best of Luck!
