Circuit Work It!

The Biggest Loser's Trainer Bob says this is a circuit workout you can do anywhere, anytime. I like it.

  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 20 lunges
  • 20 push-ups
Repeat 3-5 times. Feeling froggy? Add 5 or 10 reps to each exercise. Or, add more circuits. 

No fancy equipment needed. No space. No special shoes. No shoes at all, really. 

How simple is that?

Hey CC readers I wanted to share a neat site/blog I ran across; it's called Kemme fitness. www.kemmefitness.com It has TONS of workouts you can do at home and even has instructions to make your own inexpensive gym equipment (medicine balls, something called a club bell similiar to a kettlebell I think). This fits in because the entry today is 3 different circut workouts just like Miss Daisy was talking about. ~Amber
